Through this platform, we have negotiated super-low call rates with the major network operators on behalf of GSM users .Websoft believes that talking to family members, friends and business associates or colleagues shouldn’t be so expensive. Talk should be cheap and affordable. This is why we have initiated this service.

What is the relationship between Websoft Limited and Globacom? [back to top]

What is CallRedux Glo CUG (Closed User Group)? [back to top]

This is a service on the CallRedux platform for Glo Mobile GSM users. CallRedux Glo CUG allows you to make unlimited free calls, 24hrs a day, 7 days a week on your Glo GSM line to other CallRedux Glo CUG subscribers. With CallRedux Glo CUG, you also get to make calls at the following rates:

Is the CallRedux Glo CUG plan valid abroad? [back to top]

You can make use of the package wherever the Glo mobile network operates. However, you may need to activate roaming in some countries. The roaming service currently requires a minimum security deposit of about N50, 000.Visit the nearest Glo World outlet for more information.

Is CallRedux Glo CUG a GSM network? [back to top]

No it's not a GSM network rather its a GSM Plan offered in conjuction with Globacom.

How can I independently confirm the status of Websoft limited with Globacom? [back to top]

To confirm the genuineness of this service, you can visit Glo World outlets and ask representatives in charge of Postpaid lines or call Corporate Customer Care on 200. Note that you can only call 200 with from a Glo contract line. You can also reach Glo corporate customer care from all other phone networks excluding glo prepaid on 08050020200.

Is it possible to enjoy other Glo products such as browsing and BlackBerry services? [back to top]

Yes, it’s possible. However, the terms and conditions for these services are as specified by Glo Mobile network. CallRedux Glo CUG does not affect other Glo Mobile services.

How is CallRedux Glo CUG better than the normal Glo contract line package? [back to top]

Unlike the standard Glo contract line where you pay a monthly rental of N1250, you pay only N1000 on CallRedux Glo CUG. In addition to cheap rates offered by both packages, you will also, enjoy free calls to as many people that subscribes to Glo CUG on CallRedux.

Can I make use of CallRedux on any type of phone? [back to top]

Yes, you can, as long as your phone works fine

Is it economical enough for students? [back to top]

This service is targeted at high net worth individuals who make frequent phone calls to family members, friends, business associates or colleagues and who can afford to pay N1000 every month. However, if you are a student and you feel you can afford it or make your parents send you credit monthly, you can make use of the package. After all, we do have high net worth students, don’t we?

Will I be able to connect to the internet on the CallRedux package? [back to top]

You will still be able to access any other Glo network service, the internet inclusive. CallRedux Glo CUG does not affect your connection to the internet.

What makes it different from other Closed User Groups? [back to top]

It is substantially different in that the CUG is not limited to the people you join the plan with.With CallRedux, as long as you are on the package, you can call everyone on your chosen CallRedux plan free no matter where you are in the country even you did not join the CallRedux plan with them..

If I misplaced my phone and later retrieved my line, will I still be on the package, or I will have to buy a CallRedux plan all over again?

You won’t have to buy a CallRedux plan all over again. The CallRedux plan remains active on your line.

Is there a limit to the number of times I can call a particular CallRedux Glo CUG line FREE? [back to top]

No, there are no minimum or maximum number of times; you can call them FREE as long as they pay their standard fees.

Is it only people on the CallRedux package that I will be able to call? [back to top]

No, you can call anyone you like. However, if they are not on CallRedux Glo CUG, you will be charged the appropriate rate as specified below:  

Who is an Independent Marketing Executive trainee? [back to top]

These are people chosen by websoft limited to market CallRedux services on a personal basis. They are direct sales personnel that work directly with websoft to manage subscribers on a one on one basis. They have a special compensation plan that rewards them on a performance basis.

How can I become a marketer? [back to top]

You can visit our website to see if there are vacancies for marketers and apply if there are vacancies .Your application will be reviewed and you may be shortlisted for a qualifying test. If you pass the test, you will be shortlisted and then notified via email and/or SMS. Further instructions will be then be sent to you.

Who is a CallRedux Independent dealer? [back to top]

This are exclusive type of people who commit money to sell CallRedux services. They also get exclusive benefits that others cant get.
CallRedux Independent Dealer (CID) are a selected few who commit money and has compelling marketing strategy to market CallRedux on a special arrangement. Unlike every other person that earns a N1, 000 rewards for introducing people to our plan, a CID will earn much more in addition to other exclusive benefits.

Can I call a CallRedux Glo CUG Classic plan number for free from my CallRedux Glo CUG Premium plan line? [back to top]

At the moment, it’s not possible to do that. This is because they are two entirely different packages on different billing platforms.

Can I use CallRedux Glo CUG line to start a call centre? [back to top]

This package is not designed for call centers but yes you can if you feel the prices are good enough for you and that you can maintain the line.
