What is my benefit of migrating to this package?
You call outside the CallRedux Glo CUG at half the normal price and also make FREE glo to glo calls to subscribers within Callredux Glo CUG.
How many people can I call for free on the package?
You can call anybody that is on the CallRedux Glo CUG free.
Apart from free calls, what other benefits does the package offer?
It also offers free SMS to other CallRedux Glo CUG subscribers.
Can I make free conference calls on CallRedux?
Yes you can, if the other people you are calling are also on CallRedux Glo CUG.
Can I send MMS for free on the package?
No, you will be charged the normal glo rates.
Are there on- and off-peak periods on CallRedux Glo CUG?
Yes, there is. But Globacom determines the on or off-peak period. This applies only to calls made outside the CallRedux Glo CUG plan.
Migration and Registration
How do I get to migrate?
- Get a new Globacom number or migrate your existing Globacom number.
- Register on callredux.com and pay for the plan either to our bank or use your ATM card online.
- After payment you supply the number you want the GLO CUG activated on.
- We then send your number to Globacom to be provisioned.
- Your phone will be deactivated from the Glo network for about 24hours after which you can begin to enjoy the service.
Must I use a new Glo line to join Glo CUG on CallRedux?
No. You can migrate your existing glo line
How many days or hours do I have to wait to know that I have been activated on the package?
It takes a maximum of five working days. Sometimes, it may take less than that as we have been able to migrate some customers within 36 hrs. Generally, when you notice that there is no network on your phone for about a day, then the migration process is going on. You have been migrate after your line comes back on

Can I subscribe for Glo CUG on CallRedux without giving my full name?
No you can’t, it is compulsory we give us your full name before we can act on your request
Must I have an email address before I can buy CallRedux plans?
No, email is optional but, it is very useful for us to serve you well
Can I migrate now and pay later?
No, you need to pay in full before we act on your request.
How much do I call people who are not within the CallRedux Glo CUG?
You can call them at about half the normal rate. A standard call to other network is about 70k per second while it is 37k per second on CallRedux Glo CUG
How do I deactivate the CallRedux package?
You can call our customer care on: 0700-CALLREDUX (0700-225573389).You will then be asked to provide your number.
What if I do not have access to the internet to register for the package, is there any other way I can register?
You can get in touch with any of our marketers or dealers or call us on 0700-225573389.

For now, CallRedux is fully functional on Glo and partially functional on Zain network
How many months or years will the package last?
It will last as long as the GSM network exist in Nigeria.
Is the package sold together with a phone?
No. It is a GSM package that allows you use the phone you want.
Can I be a marketer as well as a dealer at the same time?
No, you have to choose one.

Can I transfer CallRedux Glo CUG subscription from one line to another
It’s not possible, its either you continue using it on the first line or you migrate the new line to CallRedux Glo CUG.

In addition to enjoying low call rates which is the same on both, you will pay a lesser monthly fee while enjoying the added benefit of unlimited Free call and SMS with other CallRedux Glo CUG subscribers nationwide.
How do I migrate from a contract line to CallRedux?
- Register on this website and pay for the plan either to our bank or use your ATM card.
- After payment you supply the number you want migrated.
- We then send your number to Globacom to be provisioned.
- Your line will be migrated within seconds carrying all the credit limit and balance on your old profile
