What are the benefits of buying a Callredux Glo CUG plan?

You call outside the CallRedux Glo CUG at current Glo contract line rates and also make FREE glo to glo calls to subscribers within your Callredux Glo CUG plan.

How many people can I call for free on the package?

You can call anybody that is on your CallRedux Glo CUG plan for free. This means that Premium plan subcribers cannot call Classic plan subscribers for free.

Can I make free conference calls on CallRedux?

Yes you can, if the other people you are calling are also on your CallRedux Glo CUG plan.

Can I send MMS for free on the package? [back to top]

No, you will be charged at the normal glo rates.

Are there on-peak and off-peak periods on CallRedux Glo CUG? [back to top]

Yes, there are. But Globacom determines the on-peak or off-peak period. This applies only to calls made outside the CallRedux Glo CUG plan.

Purchasing and Registration

How do I buy a CallRedux Glo CUG plan? [back to top]

Note that the collector of the SIM(s) must bear appropriate Identification (driver’s license, national ID card or international passport) which must tally with the details registered at the point of purchase. CallRedux marketers only need to present their staff ID for collection. Also, a onetime SIM replacement fee of N100 (for every SIM purchased) will be paid at the Glo world outlet to complete the transaction.

Must I buy a new Glo line to join Glo CUG on CallRedux? [back to top]

Yes.

How many days or hours do I have to wait for before picking up my CallRedux Glo CUG line? [back to top]

It takes a maximum of five working days. Sometimes, it may take less than that as we have been able to satisfy some customers within 36 hrs. Generally, most CallRedux Glo CUG lines are ready for pick up by 48hrs after purchase.

Can I subscribe for Glo CUG on CallRedux without giving my full name? [back to top]

No you can’t, it is compulsory we give us your full name before we can act on your request. Moreso, it is required in compliance with the current NCC regulation pertaining to SIM card registration.

Must I have an email address before I can buy CallRedux plans? [back to top]

Yes, email is mandatory as it is very useful for us to serve you well.

Can I migrate now and pay later? [back to top]

No, you need to pay in full before we can act on your request.

How much do I call people who are not within the CallRedux Glo CUG? [back to top]

You can call them at the current Glo contract line rates. A standard call to other networks is about 70k per second, it costs 37k per second on CallRedux Glo CUG

How do I deactivate the CallRedux package? [back to top]

What if I do not have access to the internet to register for the package, is there any other way I can register? [back to top]

For now, CallRedux is fully functional only on the Globacom network.

It will last as long as the GSM network exists in Nigeria.

Is the package sold together with a phone? [back to top]

No. It is a GSM package that allows you use the phone you want.

Can I be a marketer as well as a dealer at the same time? [back to top]

No, you have to choose one.

Can I transfer CallRedux Glo CUG subscription from one line to another [back to top]

It’s not possible, its either you continue using it on the first line or you migrate the new line to CallRedux Glo CUG.
