How much do I need to buy the plan?[back to top]

You have to pay N5400 for activation which should be paid into our specified bank account or make use of your ATM card [Interswitch, Mastercard, VISA & Etranzact] to pay online. After payment, call Customer Service on 0700225573389 or login to confirm bank payment online and proceed to buy the plan.

How much is the monthly rental fee [back to top]

The monthly CUG rental fee is N1000 every month. This amount is deducted from your account at the beginning of each month. Note that this amount is not deducted from your balance on the first month that you join the service. Hence, it will be deducted along with the rental for the following month from your balance at the beginning of the following month.

Does CallRedux have its own recharge cards? [back to top]

CallRedux is not a network and therefore does not have its own recharge cards. You may load your phone with regular Glo recharge cards.

How do I pay my monthly rental fee for CallRedux Glo CUG? [back to top]

Your monthly charges are deducted from credit on your phone that you load with Glo recharge cards.

When exactly is the monthly rental fee charged? [back to top]

The N1000 rental fee is a prepaid fee charged at the beginning of a month for the current month. This means that the rental for January will be charged on the 1st or 2nd day of January

Do I pay full N1000 CUG fee for my first month if I started the service 10 days to the end of the month? [back to top]

No, since the rental fee is charged at the beginning of every month. You will only be charged the percentage of N1000 used in your first month corresponding to the number of days used and the full rental fee of the following month at the turn of the new month. The rental fee for 10 days is about N360. After the first month, your account will be regularized and you will only pay standard rental fee and credit as used.

What is a credit limit? [back to top]

A credit limit is the amount of loan, given to the user by Globacom and which the user must pay back on use. It is not FREE Credit.

What is the standard credit limit on CallRedux GLO CUG? [back to top]

There is no credit limit on the CallRedux GLO CUG, as your calls are limited to the amount of credit you have loaded on the line.

Can I still make calls within the CUG till the end of the month after I have exhausted the credit on my line? [back to top]

Yes you can. Unlike most contract lines, you can still make free calls within the CallRedux Glo CUG with zero account balance till the end of the month, when the payment of the monthly CUG rental will be due.

How best do I manage my line on the first month of activation? [back to top]

Use your line like a normal prepaid line, loading credit whenever you need to call outside the CUG. Ensure that you load the required N1000 monthly CUG rental in the beginning of the new month to guarantee that the phone will not experience any disruption in service. 

What happens if I don’t pay the monthly rental fee? [back to top]

Your line will be suspended and you will be unable to make calls out until when you load credit to offset your bill. You will be given a few days grace after which, you will not be able to receive calls on your phone. You will also stand the risk of having your line repossessed by Globacom due to inactivity.

Can I pay my monthly charges in advance? If so is there any bonus for doing that? [back to top]

No, you can’t pay in advance and therefore, there are no bonuses. The monthly payment is deducted from your phone credit at the beginning of every month.

As a marketer or dealer, how do I get my bonus money for referring people, is it in form of cash or recharge cards? [back to top]

You will get paid in any form you wish, either in form of recharge cards or as cash paid into your bank account. During the process of registration, you specify the means of receiving your reward.

As an individual using the CallRedux service what will be my reward if I get someone to subscribe to the service? [back to top]

In addition to being able to call the person FREE 24hours a day, you will get N500 for each person that activates through you.

As a marketer or dealer, do I start receiving bonus starting from the first person I introduce? [back to top]

You are expected to have tried out the product yourself. If you activated yourself first from your profile, you will start receiving bonuses from the first person you refer. However, if you haven’t tried the product yourself, you start receiving bonuses from the second person you refer.

Will I be charged for the text messages I send to callredux GLO CUG customer care? [back to top]

Yes you will, at the current Glo to Glo rates.

Can I send SMS to 0700-callredux (0700225573389)?

No you can’t, if you do, we will not get it because the line is basically for calls only

Can I buy the plan for another person?

Yes you can, once you pay and confirm payment into your online account, you can login and follow the buying process online.  

Can I get a refund of the money credited to my online balance?

No you can’t, you will have to use the money to buy our service on the website.
