What is my benefit of migrating to this package?

You call outside the CallRedux Glo CUG at half the normal price and also make FREE glo to glo calls to subscribers within Callredux Glo CUG.

How many people can I call for free on the package?

You can call anybody that is on the CallRedux Glo CUG free.

Apart from free calls, what other benefits does the package offer?

It also offers free SMS to other CallRedux Glo CUG subscribers.

Can I make free conference calls on CallRedux?

Yes you can, if the other people you are calling are also on CallRedux Glo CUG.

No, you will be charged the normal glo rates.

Are there on- and off-peak periods on CallRedux Glo CUG? [back to top]

Yes, there is. But Globacom determines the on or off-peak period. This applies only to calls made outside the CallRedux Glo CUG plan.

No. You can migrate your existing glo line

How many days or hours do I have to wait to know that I have been activated on the package? [back to top]

It takes a maximum of five working days. Sometimes, it may take less than that as we have been able to migrate some customers within 36 hrs. Generally, when you notice that there is no network on your phone for about a day, then the migration process is going on. You have been migrate after your line comes back on

Can I subscribe for Glo CUG on CallRedux without giving my full name? [back to top]

No you can’t, it is compulsory we give us your full name before we can act on your request

No, email is optional but, it is very useful for us to serve you well

No, you need to pay in full before we act on your request.

How much do I call people who are not within the CallRedux Glo CUG? [back to top]

You can call them at about half the normal rate. A standard call to other network is about 70k per second while it is 37k per second on CallRedux Glo CUG

How do I deactivate the CallRedux package? [back to top]
